Newsletter Ep. 10

Here’s some of the content from my newsletter you can enjoy. Here’s the link to the entire newsletter.

What I do when I have a day off:

For anybody who knows me --and if you don't know me... well, this is awkward-- I try to plan for some creative time behind the camera because I just like to make cool art. At least, what I think is cool.

And for anybody who knows Glenda (my wife), you know she hates attention and compliments "HI BABE!" (I will pay for this later, I'm sure).

Sooo... What is one to do when one has cameras at home, flashes, space and a badass wife that is training to do triathlons? I meeeaann, can you really blame me for wanting to show her off a bit? (Boy, I'm really gonna pay for this... still worth it)

I recently told someone that a sure way for me to demonstrate how I love someone is to take pictures of them... and I love my wife, so that's what I did.

I took pictures of her.

Fatherhood:

In the very near future, I will tell you a bit more about this project I titled Portraits Of My Father... In fact, it'll be the subject of an entire newsletter as this personal project is becoming... well... quite personal for me.

Something that was originally mentioned in an off-hand way as part of a conversation sparked something in my mind that ignited my imagination and creativity. So I decided to trust my gut and run with the idea.

Since I'm not one to leave you too frustrated (although, you must be glutton for punishment if you're still reading this newsletter every time I send it), here is a sample:
